Pearl Mosaic Albino

Pearl Mosaic is a long-horizon breeding project built for lovers of albino boas. We aim to create bright, creamy animals richly saturated with pinks and purples, and ultimately brightened with Fire to give a pearl-like finish.

Generation 1: Pinkerton x Imogen

Due December 2026

The first generation introduces our first pattern modifer, Aztec. In Aztec boas, saddles connect, fragment, and bleed into the lateral pattern rather than staying as separate elements. The result reads as an almost web-like or maze-like patterning where the dorsal and lateral fields blur together.

This generation also introduces hypo from both the sire and the dam. Hypo reduces black pigment providing a cleaner, brighter base for the pinks and purples to show through.

Built to serve lovers of albino boas, this is the litter to watch.

Jasper aims to create NFI boas with a cool green cast, the muted, mineral tint that gives the project its name. This project layers Anery Type I over a Coral NFI base, using anerythrism to pull down the reds and oranges so the warm albino tones settle into green, like the banded stone. It leans on IMG to sharpen and deepen that color, carries Motley and RLT for pattern, and selects the greenest animals generation over generation to intensify the effect. We are also aiming for non-Anery NFI animals with IMG-saturated coral coloration.

Generation 1: Gazpacho x Sorbet

Expected Early 2028

This first pairing lays down the Coral NFI foundation the whole project is built on. We are reaching for NFIs rich with Coral warmth, carrying IMG to deepen and sharpen the color and Motley and RLT to bring movement to the pattern. These bright, saturated albinos anchor the Jasper line.

There is also a more uncertain prize in this litter. Both parents may carry Anery Type I, and if they both do, a few animals could arrive as Snows, the green-tinted expression the project is ultimately chasing. It is not a sure thing and may not surface in this first generation at all, but the possibility is there, and even a single one would be a striking early glimpse of where Jasper is headed.

Project X-Files is a long-term project inspired by some of our most iconic characters, working toward a single otherworldy snake: the Inca Aztec Mystique Snow—five beautiful traits layered into one animal. The Mystique is the heart of it, a rare blend of two traits, Onyx and Leopard, that together create a rich, smoky, almost painterly appearance you cannot get from either one alone. It is an outcome that is still years in the making, because we believe the best animals are worth building toward slowly, one thoughtful generation at a time.

Marita x Mulder

Expected Early 2027

This year we are pairing Marita Covarrubias and Special Agent Fox Mulder to produce our first Mystiques. Marita brings Leopard, while Mulder brings Onyx, and when those two combine they create what is called a Mystique, a rare, smoky, painterly blend you cannot get from either parent alone. Every baby in this litter will also carry hidden Anery genetics, with the chance to pass along Honduran too. No matter where you are on your boa journey, if you’re drawn to darker animals, this is the litter to watch.
